What is your favourite groundbait for the method feeder?

I personally like green swimstim and sometimes ad in a bit of corn or hemp Wink

I love the swimstim range aswell, use it alot especially in the summer Very Happy

hi,
i like ringers method mix, i used to mix a small ball of heavy mix round the feeder and then add an outer layer of fine mix,but in summer i found that ringers method mix when wetted then riddled several times was more effective for bites,possibly due to the faster break down.
but you will need quite a bit of feed as it is a busy method when the carp are having it.
